Early on, there is a soft mouthfeel with juniper, bitter citrus and lemon. Angelica and pink grapefruit come through on the mid-palate. Creamy licorice root, white grapefruit, piney juniper and traces of peppercorns linger on the mouth. The gin has a medium warmth and a long aftertaste.
